The Point of Origin Tool 

Introducing the POO Tool (Point of Origin) for the Statler Stitcher!  The POO Tool is designed to help you set the Point of Origin quickly and accurately EVERY TIME!  Easy to install and even easier to use!!  Highly recommended by Creative Studio Trainers and users!  To order, please call 1-800-822-7397 or 503-472-4611.  We need to know if the wheels on your Statler head are black or white when ordering.  The cost is $60.00 plus shipping.

Poo Tool Install and Usage Instructions

1) The POO Tool can be mounted on either side of the table.  It is normally installed on the opposite side of the computer by the hand wheels.

2) Hold with one hand so that the bracket is level with or slightly higher than the cross track.  The machine's wheel should roll over the POO tool (see next picture).  Once in place, use the 3/8 self tapping screw (supplied) to mount to the table.

Note: Installation may be easier with two people, one to hold the POO tool and one to screw it in place.

3) This image shows the POO tool in the down position, slide under the wheel, on top of the cross track for Point of Origin.

4) This picture demonstrates the POO tool in the upright position, out of the way for normal operation.

5) If the POO tool drops too low or rides too high, it can easily be adjusted by gently bending.  To adjust up, place a rigid object behind the tool, and slightly bend upwards.  To adjust down, drop POO tool in the down position and slightly bend downwards.  The key is to make sure that the POO tool hits the track square.
